Hello World!

Welp, this is officially my first blog post, ekkkk.

Who better to write my first blog post on than my beautiful niece, Kirstyn. Kirstyn is a rising senior at Broadway High School, GO GOBBLERS!!! Hard to believe this little girl is not so little anymore, wow how time flies. Kirstyn is also one of my senior reps for the Class of 2014 and oh so photogenic.

Even though Kirstyn is 16, she isn’t quite driving yet. As much as I know that stinks for her, it’s a bit of relief for those who love her. Anybody with loved ones in that age range can relate I’m sure. Anyways, I picked Kirstyn up at her house along with my wonderful assistant, Izzy, and we headed for Timberville park. She had told me previously that she definitely wanted a tree incorporated somewhere and there just happens to be a tree down by the riverside at the local park, how convenient. Then we headed to a friend Jerry’s farm which I am convinced is the absolute perfect photo spot. Kirstyn wanted to stay true to her country roots by incorporating nature as much as possible. My assistant was quite distracted by all the farm animals and adventure lurking around every corner, the life of a 10 year old. We also got to spend some time with a baby opossum Jerry had found in his house, he was soooo cute. We struck a pose and giggled till it turned dark on us, then headed for the Relay for Life event at the county fairgrounds. I have to say it was one of the best days I’ve had in a while. Kirstyn is a fabulous young lady and I can’t wait to see what the future has in store for her, she’s going to do great things. Here are some of my favorites from our day.
