You Must Be Trippin’ Tuesday – Mid-West Winter Fun | Goshen Photographer

Goshen Fire and Ice Display -Iphone Pic

My family and I are heading down to Georgia in just a few days to visit my brother, so I have traveling on the brain. The approaching lake effect snow has me a little on edge but hopefully it won’t impact our trip too bad.

This past Friday at Goshen First Friday’s Fire and Ice display got me super pumped about seeing new places. I am also trying to plan some field trips for my daughter who is homeschooled so my brain has been in activity overload. I happened to run across these articles with a great quick look at festivals and places to visit for the next few months and thought I would share. I am not a fan of winter but I am a fan of festivals, so I’ll suck it up in the cold for some great festival fun. I speak from experience that the Indy Children’s Museum is definitely worth seeing.

May I also say that I don’t know why I don’t read Midwest Living more, it’s a great magazine (and no, no one at Midwest Living has ever spoken to me…I just admire good work ;-).

Here are the articles:

I hope you enjoy.

Comment below with your experiences at some of these places or where you are dying to go. I’d love to hear what you think.

Happy Travels!
